Returning an unwanted item?

 We understand, sometimes something just doesn't work out for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as the product is still in its original condition, we accept returns according to the rules below, which include fair use rules. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

 

Then?

We do not accept returns of unwanted products after the applicable upper return period. If you try to return the goods, we may have to send them back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

 

Responsibility

You are responsible for returned products until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packaged and that they cannot be damaged in transit!

As the package is your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure you have proof of postage if you need to contact us about a return.

We are not responsible for items returned to us in error (it happens!). If we can find the items (this is not always possible) and you would like us to return them to you, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.

 

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that doesn't match or the returned items don't match what you ordered, we may need to deactivate the account and any related accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please contact customer service and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid refund, please contact Customer Service. They will give you a return label, although you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the products you return do not match what you ordered.

 

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

 

I received an item with an error, what should I do?

We are truly sorry if you have received a faulty item.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can process it for you. Remember to select 'Faulty' when asked for the reason for your return. For more information on returns, click here. If you are unable to create a return, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.

Have you worn your favorite item too many times? Please note that all items are inspected upon return and those that are worn and not faulty may not receive a full refund.

Please note that we cannot send replacements for defective items.

Remember that you can follow our normal returns process regardless of where your items were sent from.

 

I received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

If you received something you didn't order, please send it back to us and we'll refund your purchase as soon as it arrives back in our warehouse.

 

Click here to view the return options available to you. If you choose to return by another method, you are responsible for paying the return.

Please complete the section on the back of the delivery note to indicate that the product is faulty and place it in the package when you send it back. Ask for proof of postage - we may need to see it later.

If you still want an item and it is still in stock, please order via our website as usual. The easiest way to do this is to log in to My Account, view the original order and add items to your shopping bag.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand or partner boutique, your return will be processed using your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To track the return of your package, please use the waybill number from the waybill document included with your order. Or check the status of your return by going to Orders & Returns in your account. Wrong items

If you receive a product in a defective or damaged condition, or if it does not exactly match the description on our website, please contact our global customer service team as soon as possible

We will process the return and process a full refund for the defective product.
